The antibody recognizes a 80-95 kDa transmembrane molecule with extensive glycosylations (O-linked and N-linked). The antibody can Immunoprecipitate 3H-Hyaluronate binding activity. This antibody does not inhibit the binding of hyaluronate to the receptor. |
| Storage | Store lyophilized (preferably in a desiccator) at 2-8°C and reconstituted (in aliquots) at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch. Addition of 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide is recommended for storage up to one month at 2-8°C. |
