The 1G11 antibody has been shown to inhibit T lymphocyte adhesion to TNF stimulated endothelial cells. The molecular weight of the recognized antigen is 90 kDa. Species: Human. |
| Storage | Store lyophilized (preferably in a desiccator) at 2-8°C and reconstituted (in aliquots) at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch. Addition of sodium azide at 0.09% (w/v) is recommended for storage of the reconstituted form for up to one month at 2-8°C. |
