| Specificity | Four Rep proteins (Rep78, Rep68, Rep52 and Rep40) are expressed in different concentrations during infection. Antibody clone 76.3 reacts with Rep proteins (Rep78 and Rep52) of human AAV-2-infected cells. It does not react with Rep68 and Rep40. |
| Storage | Store original vial at 2-8°C.
After reconstitution store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for up to one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch. |
