| Applications | Immunoaffinity chromatography: The antibody shows low affinity which is most useful in affinity chromatography experiments where mild conditions can be used for dissociation of the antigen.
Western blot: 1/50 - 1/100 (ECL method). In immunoblotting it reacts mainly with Rep52 and Rep40, faint reaction with Rep78 and Rep68 (long incubation time and short washing steps are recommended). Alterntively for immunoblotting cat. no. BM5092 is suggested. Dilution buffer: PBS or Tris-buffered saline. Immunoprecipitation. Immunofluorescence microscopy (only faint reaction). Cat.no. BM5011 is suggested alternatively. |
