B-F5 recognizes the 54 kD surface glycoprotein present on 50-60% of peripheral blood lymphocytes, on most thymocytes (80%) and to a lower extent on monocytes. CD4 antigen is the receptor for MHC class II molecules and for HIV. Species: Human. |
