Label: Highly purified Isomer I of fluorescein isothiocyanate. Care is taken to ensure complete removal of any free fluorescein from the final product. |
| Applications | Direct FA staining of target antigens in a permissive tissue culture system.
A starting range of 1:10 - 1:50 is suggested. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. |
| Specificity | Does not cross-react with Para 1-3, Infl. A & B, or RSV.
Negative vs. HE-p2 cells by indirect immunofluorescence. |
| Storage | Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer.
