Goat anti Adenovirus (Hexon) , Presentation: HRP. Product is tested for Enzyme Immunoassay ( E )


Concentration	1-2 mg/ml (OD280 nm, E0.1% = 1.4)
Immunogen	Hexon from Adenovirus, type 2
Format	*State:* Liquid purified Ig fraction. *BufferSystem:* PBS, 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.002% thimerosal as preservative. *Label:* Highly purified preparation of horseradish peroxidase (RZ>3). Care is taken to ensure adequate conjugation while preserving maximum enzyme activity. Free enzyme is removed. Molarratio: Estimated molar HRP: IgG substitution is 2-3.
Applications	Suitable for immunocytochemistry and enzyme immunoassay applications. A starting range of 1:20-1:200 is recommended for immunocytochemistry while 1:200-1:1,000 is recommended for enzyme immunoassays.
Specificity	Reactivity to purified Hexon Assembly with minor reactivity to other adenovirus proteins. Reactive with types 2, 5 & 6. Broad reactivity with most Adeno types is expected. Does not cross-react with Para 1-3, Influenza A & B, or RSV. Uninfected Cell Reactivity: Negative against HE-P2 cells by indirect immunofluorescence.
Storage	Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
Caution	Use of sodium azide as a preservative will substantially inhibit the enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
