| Applications | ELISA (1:25 - 1:500).
In a simple indirect ELISA using 400 ng of S. typhimurium LPS coated per well, the 50% binding was observed at an antibody dilution of 1:250. Under the same conditions, the end point titer was observed at an antibody dilution of 1:30K. These titres were elucidated using an alkaline phosphatase labelled secondary antibody/pNPP detection system. This antibody has been reported to work in immunofluorescence. |
