| Background | Its epitope maps in the extracellular domain of EGFR. Overexpression of EGFR has been reported in tumors of breast, brain, bladder, lung, gastric, head and neck, esophagus, cervix, vulva, ovary and endometrium. EGFR is over expressed in squamous cell carcinoma.
