Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Recommended positive control: Breast carcinoma. |

This antibody has been shown to be distinct from B72.3 by reciprocal competition radio-immunoassays and it has a Ka higher than that of B72.3. TAG-72 is expressed in colon, breast, pancreatic, ovarian, lung and gastric cancer. Cellular localization: Cytoplasm, cell surface. Species: Human. |
