Background	I-TAC is a ''non-ELR'' CXC chemokine that is regulated by interferon and signals through the CXCR3 receptor. I-TAC is chemoattractant for IL-2 activated T cells, but does not affect freshly isolated un-stimulated T cells, neutrophils, or monocytes.

Format	*State:* Lyophilized purified fraction (>95% pure by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses) with no additives. *Endotoxinlevel:* < 0.1 ng per �g (1EU/�g) *Reconstitution:* Restore in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 2-8�C for 1 week or -20�C for future use.
