To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hMCP-4 (100 ng/ml), a concentration of 1-5 µg/ml of this antibody is required. ELISA: This antibody can be used at a concentration of 1-2 µg/ml, as a capture antibody in conjunction with a compatible secondary reagent to yield satisfactory results in a sandwich ELISA (using 100 µl/well antibody solution). |
