Indirect: To detect hCXCL16 by indirect ELISA (using 100 µl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 µg/ml of this antibody is required. This antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hCXCL16. Sandwich: To detect hCXCL16 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 µg/ml of this antibody is required. This antibody, in conjunction with a biotinylated anti-Human CXCL16 (PP1204B1 / PP1204B2) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hCXCL16. Western Blot: To detect hCXCL16 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1- 0.2 µg/ml. The detection limit for recombinant hCXCL16 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: The antibody stained FFPE sections of human colorectal adenocarcinoma tissue (working dilution 0.5 µg/ml, overnight incubation at 4°C, a HRP-labelled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen). Antigen retrieval is not required for these conditions. |
