| Polyclonal Antibody to// Monkey IgG, IgA, IgM [H&L] -HRP- | |
| Concentration | 1.0 mg/ml |
| Immunogen | Monkey IgG IgA and IgM whole molecules. |
| Format | State: Lyophilized purified Ig fraction. Purification: Immunoaffinity chromatography. BufferSystem: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 containing 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) and 0.01% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative. Label: Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). |
| Applications | Suitable for immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Monkey IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:500 to 1:2,500 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. |
| Specificity | This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Monkey IgG, Monkey IgA and Monkey IgM. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all Monkey immunoglobulin subclasses and chain combinations. |
| Storage | Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: One year from despatch. |
| Caution | Do Not Use Sodium Azide as Preservative. |
