| Applications | Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Chicken IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:3,000 to 1:12,000 is suggested for this product, in Western Blot 1:1,000, Immunohistochemistry 1:500. |

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Rabbit Serum, Chicken IgG and Chicken Serum. |
