Label: Texas Red(TM) Sulfonyl Chloride (Molecular Weight 625 daltons).
Absorptionemission: 596 nm / 620 nm
Molarratio: 2.1 moles Texas Red per mole of Rabbit IgG.
Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent).
ApplicationsSuitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
SpecificityThis product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Dog IgG coupled to agarose beads.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Dog IgG, Dog IgG F(c) and Dog Serum.
No reaction was observed against Dog IgG F(ab')2.
StorageStore vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Shelf life: One year from despatch.
