Purification: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
BufferSystem: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride,
pH 7.2, containing 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA IgG and Protease free) and 0.01% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative.
Label: Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)
Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent).

StorageStore vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. Restore with deionized water or equivalent; centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.
For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Shelf life: one year from despatch.
