ImmunogenGoat IgG whole molecule.
Format
State: Lyophilized purified Ig fraction.
Purification: Immunoaffinity chromatography.
BufferSystem: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative and 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer.
Label: Texas Red(TM) Sulfonyl Chloride (Molecular Weight 625 daltons).
Absorptionemission: 596 nm / 620 nm.
Molarratio: 2.0 moles Texas Red per mole of Rabbit IgG.
Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent).

ApplicationsSuitable for Immunomicroscopy (1/500-1/2,500) and Flow cytometry (1/2,000-1/10,000) as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
SpecificityThis product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose.
Assay by immuno-electrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum.
StorageStore vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Shelf life: One year from despatch.
