Format	*State:* Liquid (sterile filtered) purified Ig fraction. *Purification:* Immunoaffinity chromatography. *BufferSystem:* 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 containing 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.
Applications	Suitable for Immunoprecipitation, Immunodiffusion, Conjugation and most immunological methods requiring lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:75,000-1:500,000. Western Blot: 1:10,000-1:50,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:1,000-1:10,000.
Specificity	This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Mouse Serum Proteins. Specificity was confirmed using ELISA at less than 0.9% cross reaction against Mouse IgG.
Storage	Store the antibody (undiluted) at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: One year from despatch.
