| Polyclonal Antibody to//Mouse IgG, IgA, IgM [H&L] -FITC | |
| Concentration | 2.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280nm) |
| Immunogen | Mouse IgG, IgA and IgM wohle molecules |
| Format | State: Lyophilized purified Ig fraction. Purification: Immunoaffinity chromatography BufferSystem: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, containing 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative. Label: Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) (Molecular Weight 390 daltons) Absorptionemission: 495 nm / 528 nm Molarratio: 3.4 moles FITC per mole of Goat IgG Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). |
| Applications | Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Recommended dilutions: FACS: 1/2,000-1/10,000. IF microscopy: 1/500-1/2,500. |
| Specificity | This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG, Mouse IgA and Mouse IgM. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all mouse isotypes and chain combinations. |
| Storage | Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration.
Restore with deionized water or equivalent; centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.
