Purification: Immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads.
BufferSystem: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, containing 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free) with 0.01% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative

Label: Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)
Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent).

ApplicationsImmunoblotting (Western blot: 1/2,000-1/10,000),
ELISA (1/255,000)
Immunohistochemistry (1/1,000-1/5,000)
and Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
SpecificityAssay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum.
StorageStore vial at 4°C prior to restoration. Restore with deionized water or equivalent; centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
For extended storage mix with glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below.
Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Shelf life: one year from despatch.
CautionDo Not Use Sodium Azide as Preservative.
