Purification: Immunoaffinity chromatography.
BufferSystem: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 containing 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative and 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer.
Label: Tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanante (TRITC; Molecular Weight 444 daltons).
Absorptionemission: 550 nm / 570 nm
Molarratio: 3.1 moles TRITC per mole of Goat IgG.
Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent).
ApplicationsSuitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
SpecificityThis product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum.
StorageStore vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Shelf life: One year from despatch.
