ApplicationsSuitable for Immunoprecipitation, Immunodiffusion, conjugation and most immunological methods requiring lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
Recommended dilutions:
ELISA: 1:20,000 - 1:100,000.
Western Blot: 1:2,000 - 1:10,000.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1,000 - 1:5,000.
SpecificityThis product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum.
No reaction was observed against Human Serum Proteins.
StorageStore the antibody (undiluted) at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
Shelf life: One year from despatch.
