Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Rat IgM and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against other Rat or human heavy or light chain proteins. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 0.4% cross reactivity against Rat IgG and Rat IgA. |
