Molarratio: 3.5 moles FITC per mole of Goat IgG.
Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent).
ApplicationsSuitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Recommended Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry: 1:2,000-1:10,000.
Immunofluorescence microscopy: 1:500-1:2,500.
SpecificityThis product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG, Rat IgA and Rat IgM.
This reagent is suitable for the detection of all Rat isotypes and chain combinations.
StorageStore vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
