Immunogen	Sheep IgG whole molecules.
Format	*State:* Liquid (sterile filtered) purified Ig fraction. *Purification:* Immunoaffinity chromatography. *Purity:* and *BufferSystem:* 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.
Applications	Suitable for Immunoprecipitation, Immunodiffusion, conjugation and most immunological methods requiring lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
Specificity	This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Sheep IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Sheep IgG and Sheep Serum. No reaction was observed against Human Serum Proteins.
Storage	Store the antibody (undiluted) at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Shelf life: One year from despatch.
