Immunogen	Sheep IgG F(ab')2 fragment.
Format	*State:* Liquid purified Ig fraction. *Purification:* Immunoaffinity chromatography. *BufferSystem:* in 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.6 with 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative and no stabilizers.
Applications	Suitable for Immunoprecipitation, Immunodiffusion, conjugation and most immunological methods requiring lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
Specificity	This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Sheep IgG coupled to agarose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti- Rabbit Serum, Sheep IgG, Sheep IgG F(ab')2 and Sheep Serum. No reaction was observed against Sheep IgG F(c). This antibody was tested by ELISA and/or solid-phase adsorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with human serum proteins, but antibodies may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
Storage	Store the antibody (undiluted) at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Shelf life: One year from despatch.
