Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Rabbit Serum, Swine IgG, Swine IgG F(c) and Swine Serum. No reaction was observed against Swine IgG F(ab')2. |
