Immunogen	Swine IgG F(ab')2 fragment.
Format	*State:* Liquid (sterile filtered) purified Ig fraction. *Purification:* Immunoaffinity chromatography. *BufferSystem:* 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 containing 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.
Applications	Suitable for Immunoprecipitation, Immunodiffusion, conjugation and most immunological methods requiring lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
Specificity	This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Swine IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Swine IgG, Swine IgG F(ab')2 and Swine Serum. No reaction was observed against Swine IgG F(c).
Storage	Store the antibody at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
