Immunogen	Mouse IgG whole molecule.
Format	*State:* Liquid (sterile filtered) Fab fragments. *Purification:* Immunoaffinity chromatography. *BufferSystem:* 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 and 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.
Applications	Suitable for highly specific immunological methods requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. For use in ELISA a dilution of 1:3,000-1:12,000 is recommended.
Specificity	This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, papain digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectro-phoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Papain or anti-Goat IgG F(c).
Storage	Store the antibody (undiluted) at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Shelf life: One year from despatch.
