Format	*State:* Liquid (sterile filtered) F(ab')2 fragments. *Purification:* Immunoaffinity chromatography. *Purity:* and *BufferSystem:* 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 containing 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.
Applications	Suitable for highly specific immunological methods requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
Specificity	This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by Immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against anti- Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), or Bovine, Horse, Human, Rabbit, Rat, and Sheep Serum Protein
Storage	Store the antibody (undiluted) at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: One year from despatch.
