| Specificity | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities and extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG and Rat Serum. Only minimum cross reactivity was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Mouse, Rabbit, Sheep and Human Serum Proteins. Actual cross reactivities: Bovine 0.4%, Chicken 0.01%, Goat 0.4%, Guinea Pig 0.01%, Hamster 0.01%, Horse 0.4%, Mouse 0.01%, Rabbit 0.8%, Sheep 0.4%, Human 0.01% |
| Storage | Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent); centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for four weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Shelf life: one year from despatch. |
