Format
State: Lyophilized purified Ig fraction.
Purification: Immunoaffinity chromatography.
BufferSystem: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, with 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azideas preservative and 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) as stabilizer, IgG and Protease free.
Label: Cy3.5 (Cyanine 3.5-OSu) (MW 1286 daltons).
Absorptionemission: 581 nm / 596 nm
Molarratio: 5.5 moles Cy3.5 per mole of Goat IgG.
Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent).
ApplicationsSuitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow Cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
SpecificityThis product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by Immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities and extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.
Assay by Immuno-electrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum.
No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Horse, Rabbit, Mouse, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.
StorageStore vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage mix with glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Shelf life: one year from despatch.
