| Specificity | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by Immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities and extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Donkey Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Rabbit, Rat & Sheep Serum Proteins. |
| Storage | Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). For extended storage mix product with 50% glycerol and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.
Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Shelf life: one year from despatch. |
