Datasheet Extract
| Concentration | 10.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm) |
| Immunogen | N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase [Pseudomonas] |
| Format | State: Lyophilized purified Ig fraction. Purification: Multistep process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated below. BufferSystem: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative and 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), IgG and Protease free as stabilizer. Label: Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) Reconstitution: Restore with 2.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). |
| Applications | Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:4,000 to 1:16,000 is suggested for this product. |
| Specificity | This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum.
Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, and purified and partially purified N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase derived from Pseudomonas. |
| Storage | Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. Restore with 2.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch. |
