| Background | OX-62 is shown to be rat alpha E2 integrin which is expressed by dendrititc cells of dendritc epidermal T cells, intraepithelial lymphocytes in the small intestine and by cells of denritic morphology in lymphoid organs, at sites where gamma delta T cells are present. |
| Immunogen | Density gradient enriched PVG rat thoracic duct dendritic cells. Spleen cells of BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NSO myeloma cell line. |
