| Background | FZD10 is a Frizzled Receptor that mediates Wnt signaling. It is expressed during development in embryonic limbs, neural tube, and central nervous system.
FZD10 has been reported to be expressed in brain, embryo, kidney, liver, lung, pancreas, placenta, skeletal muscle, spinal cord, and testis. ESTs have been isolated from brain, ear, heart/melanocyte/uterus, and kidney libraries. |

Antigen retrieval: Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, at 99-100°C for 20 min. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer for 20 min. Rinse in 1x TBS with Tween (TBST) for 1 min. at room temperature. |
