Now available: Three new and unique anti-E2F7 Transcription Factor antibodies which recognize specifically isoform A (E2F7-A), isoform B (E2F7-B) or both isoforms (E2F7) tested for the applications: WB,IP and EMSA (catalogue numbers: BCN4774, BCN4775, BCN4776)

 

New E2F7 Transcription Factor antibodiesThe BCN4776 Antibody recognizes E2F7 isoforms 1 (E2F7-B) and 2 (E2F7-A).

Whole cell extracts (10 µg) from Saos-2 cells transfected with either mock pxDNA3 (None), pcDNA3-HA-E2F7-A (E2F7-A), or pcDNA3-HA-E2F7-B (E2F7-B) were fractionated on a 8% SDS-PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose membranes, and probed with a previously described anti-E2F7 antibody (Control) (1) or the anti-E2F7 BCN4776 antibody.

Peroxidase-conjugated anti-rabbit antibodies followed by ECL were then used. As shown in panel B, the BCN4776 antibody recognizes both E2F7-A and E2F7-B.
