Generally, there are three ways to place your order:

1. Order by phone: +49-5221-34606-10 (for international orders: please also send a written confirmation to exclude any errors)

2. Order by fax: +49-5221-34606-11

3. Order by email: ordering@acris-online.de

Please note that our business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m mid European time.

All orders must contain a purchase order number and the name of the person who is placing the order, phone and fax numbers. For international orders within the EU, the customer´s VAT number is required, otherwise we cannot proceed the order. All orders are subject to availability.

When your order is received, we confirm receipt by fax. Orders received until 2:00 p.m. will be dispatched same day (stock products only). For products not in stock, you find the expected date of delivery on the order confirmation.

Freight charges depend on country, package sizes and shipping conditions (ambient, blue ice, dry ice).

Shipping costs:

35 € for EU countries plus Norway , Switzerland and Iceland

45 € for other European countries

Inquire for non European countries without distributors (depends on volume/weight of the final package).

In case we have an official, exclusive distributor in your country, we will forward your order to our distributor. All distributors are listed in our section DISTRIBUTORS.

Information on Pricing

Terms of delivery, pricing and freight charges are in the sole responsibility of our distributors. All distributors will quote prices on request or supply a pricelist. In countries without any distributor, our EURO prices published in our online product database are valid.
