StorageStore vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage mix product with glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Shelf life: one year from despatch.

Specificity This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum.
ApplicationSuitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions ELISA: 1/200,000. Western blot: 1/2,000-1/10,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/1,000-1/5,000.
