StorageStore vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. Restore with deionized water or equivalent; centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Shelf life: one year from despatch.

Specificity This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Goat IgG, and Goat serum.
ApplicationELISA: 1/210,000. Western Blot: 1/5,000-1/25,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/1,000-1/5,000.
CautionDo Not Use Sodium Azide as Preservative.
