| Specificity | This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all mouse immunoglobulin isotypes and chain combinations. |
| Application | Suitable for Immunoblotting (1/500-1/3,000 for Western blot), ELISA (1/100,000), Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry (1/250-1/1,500) as well as other Peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. |
| Caution | Do Not Use Sodium Azide as preservative. |
| Concentration | 2.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm) |
