StorageStore vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Shelf life: One year from despatch.

Specificity This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose. Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum.
ApplicationSuitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow Cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Recommended Dilutions:
IF Microscopy: 1/500-1/2,500.
Concentration2.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm before lyophil.)
