| Storage | Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent); centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Shelf life: one year from despatch. |
| Format | Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water or equivalent. |
| State: Lyophilized purified IgG fraction. | |
| Label: Cy2 (Cyanine 2-OSu; Molecular Weight 897 daltons) | |
| Absorption emission: 489 nm / 505 nm | |
| Molar radio: 2.9 moles Cy2 per mole of donkey IgG | |
| Purification: Immunoaffinity Chromatography. | |
| Buffer System: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, containing 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative and 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer. | |
| Specificity | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities and extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Donkey Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against Chicken, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Mouse, Rabbit and Rat Serum Proteins. |
| Application | Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow Cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. |
| Concentration | 1.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm) |
