| Storage | Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration. Restore with deionized water (or equivalent); centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Shelf life: one year from despatch. |
| Format | Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water or equivalent. |
| State: Lyophilized purified IgG fraction | |
| Label: Cy5 (Molecular Weight 975 daltons) | |
| Absorption emission: 650 nm / 667 nm | |
| Molar radio: 10.3 moles Cy5 per mole of Goat IgG | |
| Purification: Immunoaffinity chromatography | |
| Buffer System: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, containing 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), IgG and Protease free, and 0.01% sodium azide | |
| Specificity | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities and extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Rat, Rabbit and Sheep Serum Proteins (all cross reactivities < 1.0 %). |
| Application | Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Minimum ELISA endpoint dilution: 1:10,000. Actual: 1:43,000. Disposition: PASS |
| Concentration | 1.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm) |
