| Storage | Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage mix with glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch. |
| Format | Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). |
| State: Lyophilized purified Ig fraction. | |
| Label: Cy5 (MW 975 daltons) | |
| Absorption emission: 650 nm / 667 nm | |
| Molar radio: 17.2 moles Cy5 per mole of Goat IgG (Acceptable Range: 6-20) | |
| Purification: Immunoaffinity chromatography. | |
| Buffer System: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, with 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative and 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer. | |
| Specificity | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by Immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities and extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG andRabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine (< 1%), Chicken (0%), Goat (< 1%), Guinea Pig (0%), Hamster (0%), Horse (0%), Human (0%), Rat (0%) and Sheep (< 1%) Serum Proteins. |
| Application | Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow Cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Pre-Conjugation ELISA Data Minimum ELISA Endpoint Dilution: 1:24,700 Actual: 1:104,000 Disposition: PASS Maximum Cross Reactivity: See Table 1. |
| Concentration | 1.1 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm) |
