| Application | Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Hamster IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1,500 to 1:6,500 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. |
| Concentration | 0.8 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm) |
| General Readings | Modified from Avarameas and Ternyrock, Immunochemistry 32; 1175 1971. (Conjugation) |
| Storage | Store the antibody at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. DO NOT FREEZE! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Shelf life: One year from despatch. |
