| Application | Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using p-nitrophenyl phosphate (pNPP) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,500 to 1:14,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. |
| Concentration | 1.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm) |
| General Readings | Modified from Avarameas and Ternyrock, Immunochemistry 32; 1175 1971. (Conjugation) |
| Storage | Store the antibody (undiluted) at 2-8°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Shelf life: one year from despatch. |
