| Add. information | 8 weeks old, male (normal) BALB/c mouse tissue sec Mouse is perfused with 4% paraformadehyde, tissue are excised and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde. After dehydration in alcohol, tissue is embedded in paraffin (see protocol). Each cut section is 5µm thick. Tissue sections are mounted on Silane coated glass slides and one of the tissue section slides from each lot is stained with H & E for quality control. |
