Recombinant human ATM protein
Application Immunohistology (Formalin/Paraffin): Use Ab at 1-2µg/ml for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
Recommended positive control: Breast Carcinomas.
Not suitable for Western Blotting.
Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Concentration 0.2 mg/ml

Storage Store the antibody at 4°C. Do not freeze! Shelf life: one year from despatch.
Reacts with Breast Carcinomas. Ataxia telangiectasia (AT) (ATM - for AT mutated) is a rare genetic multisystem recessive disorder. Recombinant ATM protein phosphorylates p53 on serine 15 near the N-terminus, thereby contributing to the activation and stabilization of p53 during the IR. Reacts with Human and Mouse. Others not tested. Cellular Localization: nuclear.
